Chaun Pflug - is the Assistant Chairman and Board Member of the Charleston County Board of Assessment Appeals, former Committee Chairman of Patron Development of Spoleto Festival USA SCENE, a member of the Downtown Charleston French Quarter Neighborhood Association, a former member of the Charleston Rotary Club, and a volunteer lawyer at Lowcountry Aids Services Free Legal Clinic. Currently, Mr. Pflug serves as outside counsel to the South Carolina Department of Commerce, South Carolina Public Railways, and several South Carolina counties. Additionally, Mr. Pflug handles regulatory and real estate matters for the wireless industry and environmental matters related to VCC, RCRA, NEPA, Clean Water Act, CERLCA, and Clean Air Act for state agencies and corporate clients.

Helen "Cokie" Berenyi - president and managing partner of Red Triangle, a fee-only wealth management "boutique," and founder of, a division of Red Triangle that offers strictly investment management. Cokie brings over 15 years of expertise and strategic approach to the investors she serves coast to coast. She graduated from Clemson University in 1995 with a BS in Financial Management and an Accounting minor. A native of Charleston, Cokie supports her love for the outdoors by dividing her time between residences in Colorado and South Carolina with her husband, Tony, and their 2 daughters. Winner of the 2011 Charleston to Bermuda Race, Cokie holds high the accomplishment of her crew aboard "Tucana" who beat the highly publicized, all male crew, including Stephen Colbert aboard the Audi sponsored "Juno." When not in the harbor, Cokie can be found alpine training for high-altitude peaks worldwide. An avid philanthropist, Cokie has formed 2 non-profits, Rein & Shine and She CLIMBS. Cokie has made giving back the cornerstone of Red Triangle's Axiom Investor Advantage® Process.
